Manufacturing Process
Water Phase
Heat purified water to 70°C.
Add glycerin and disodium EDTA to the water and mix until fully dissolved.
Oil Phase
In a separate vessel, heat mineral oil, cetyl alcohol, stearic acid, and ceteareth-20 to 70°C.
Stir until all components are melted and well combined.
Emulsification
Slowly add the oil phase to the water phase while stirring continuously to form an emulsion.
Continue stirring until the mixture cools to 45°C.
Cooling Phase
Once the emulsion is below 45°C, add phenoxyethanol, sodium hydroxide, and tocopherol.
Mix thoroughly until the cream is smooth and homogeneous.
Check the pH and adjust with additional sodium hydroxide if necessary to reach pH 7.
Usage Instructions
Apply the cream as needed. Avoid contact with eyes. Suitable for external use only.
