Manufacturing Process
Water Phase
Heat water to 70°C in a stainless steel mixing vessel.
Dissolve Cetrimonium Chloride into the heated water with continuous stirring until homogenous.
Oil Phase
In a separate vessel, combine Cyclopentasiloxane and Amodimethicone.
Heat to 75°C and mix using an overhead stirrer to ensure even distribution.
Emulsification Phase
Slowly add the Oil Phase into the Water Phase while maintaining constant stirring at 1500 rpm.
Cool the mixture down to 40°C and add Hydrolyzed Keratin and Aloe Vera Extract.
