Manufacturing Process

Phase A

  1. Measure and heat Water (Aqua) to 70°C in a stainless steel tank under stirring.
  2. Add Cetearyl Alcohol to the warm water and continue stirring until fully dissolved.

Phase B

  1. In a separate vessel, combine PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil and Polyquaternium-11.
  2. Heat Phase B to 70°C and mix until homogeneous.
  3. Slowly add Phase B to Phase A under continuous stirring.

Phase C

  1. Cool the mixture to below 40°C.
  2. Add Hydrolyzed Keratin, DMDM Hydantoin, Citric Acid, Sodium Benzoate, Propylene Glycol, and Fragrance to the mixture.
  3. Stir until all ingredients are completely incorporated and the mixture is uniform.

Usage Instructions

Apply a small amount of mousse evenly to damp hair. Comb through to distribute evenly. Use a blow dryer or styling tool to activate bonding and style as desired.
