Manufacturing Process
Oil Phase
Heat Cyclopentasiloxane to 55°C and add Dimethiconol while stirring.
Maintain stirring until the mixture is uniform and clear.
Active Phase
Blend Hydrolyzed Keratin, Argan Oil, and Ldipeptide 11 at room temperature.
Add the active phase mixture to the oil phase slowly, maintaining constant stirring.
Cooling and Final Processing
Cool the entire mixture to room temperature Apply Phenoxyethanol and Fragrance.
Mix thoroughly for even distribution.
Conduct a viscosity and pH test to ensure product consistency (target pH: 6.5, viscosity: ~500 cps).
