Manufacturing Process
Water Phase
Heat water to 75°C and slowly add glycerin while stirring continuously.
Add Polyquaternium-10 and ensure it dissolves fully with consistent mixing.
Oil Phase
In a separate vessel, melt Cetearyl Alcohol at 75°C.
Add Cyclopentasiloxane gradually while stirring to obtain a homogenous mixture.
Emulsification Phase
Slowly add the Oil Phase to the Water Phase while maintaining the temperature at 75°C and mix using a high-shear mixer for 15 minutes.
Cool down the mixture to 45°C and add Hydrolyzed Keratin and Silk Amino Acids, ensuring uniform distribution.
Final Processing
Adjust the pH to 4.5-5.0 using a suitable acid or base if necessary.
Perform quality control checks including viscosity and pH measurements.
Usage Instructions
Before use, ensure hair is clean and towel-dried. Apply evenly to the hair, starting from mid-length to ends. Leave for 20-30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Style as desired.
