Manufacturing Process

Phase A

  1. Combine distilled water and ethanol in a stainless-steel mixing tank.
  2. Stir gently to mix the components thoroughly.

Phase B

  1. Add methylparaben, propylene glycol, and clotrimazole to the mixture.
  2. Heat the mixture to 40°C while stirring continuously until fully dissolved.

Phase C

  1. Reduce temperature to 25°C.
  2. Add tea tree oil, lemon oil, and polysorbate 20 to the mixture.
  3. Continue stirring until a uniform emulsion is formed.

Usage Instructions

Spray a fine mist evenly onto the leather surfaces until damp. Allow the leather to air dry completely. Reapply every 3-4 months or as needed when stored in high-humidity environments.
