Manufacturing Process

Phase A

  1. Combine water and glycerin in a large mixing vessel.
  2. Heat to 75°C while stirring continuously.

Phase B

  1. In a separate container, combine beeswax, lanolin, cetyl alcohol, stearic acid, dimethicone, and carnauba wax.
  2. Melt the mixture at 75°C until completely liquid.

Phase C

  1. Slowly add Phase B to Phase A with continuous stirring.
  2. Homogenize the mixture to achieve a uniform emulsion.

Phase D

  1. Cool the mixture to 40°C.
  2. Add vitamin E, fragrance, and potassium sorbate.

Phase E

  1. Adjust pH to 7 using a pH meter and add a small amount of citric acid if necessary.
  2. Continue stirring until the cream cools to room temperature.

Usage Instructions

Apply a small amount of cream to clean, dry leather shoes using a soft cloth. Rub in a circular motion for even coverage. Allow to absorb thoroughly before buffing with a clean, dry cloth for a polished finish.
