Manufacturing Process

Oil Phase

  1. Melt the beeswax, shea butter, coconut oil, sweet almond oil, jojoba oil, and lanolin in a double boiler at 70°C.
  2. Stir the mixture until fully melted and homogeneous.

Cool Down Phase

  1. Remove the mixture from heat.
  2. Allow it to cool slightly to about 40°C.
  3. Add vitamin E and lemon essential oil, stirring gently until well blended.

Emulsification Phase

  1. Slowly add distilled water while continuously stirring to ensure a proper emulsion forms.
  2. Continue stirring until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Usage Instructions

Apply a small amount of the balm onto a clean, soft cloth. Rub gently onto the leather surface in circular motions, allowing the natural oils to be absorbed. Buff with a clean, dry cloth for added shine.
