Manufacturing Process

Phase A

  1. Combine Acrylic Polymer Emulsion and Polyurethane Dispersion in a mixing vessel.
  2. Stir mixture at medium speed until homogenous.

Phase B

  1. Add Color Pigments to the Phase A mixture.
  2. Mix until the pigments are evenly dispersed.

Phase C

  1. Incorporate Microspheres and Thickening Agent sequentially.
  2. Blend at slow speed to avoid air inclusion.

Phase D

  1. Add Defoamer and Preservative to the mixture.
  2. Stir gently.

Phase E

  1. Gradually add Distilled Water under stirring to adjust final consistency.
  2. Mix until completely uniform.

Usage Instructions

Apply a small amount of the filler on the scratched or scuffed area of the leather using a spatula. Spread thinly with slight pressure and allow it to dry for 30 minutes. If necessary, apply additional layers for deeper damage, allowing each layer to dry before adding the next.
