Manufacturing Process
Oil Phase
- Combine Beeswax, Silicone Oil, Paraffin Wax, Stearic Acid, Lanolin in a heat-resistant container.
- Heat to 75-80°C with constant stirring until thoroughly melted and mixed.
Aqueous Phase
- In a separate container, heat Water to 75°C.
- Dissolve Sodium Bicarbonate into the heated water.
- Add Preservative and mix until homogenous.
Emulsion Phase
- Slowly add the hot oil phase to the aqueous phase with continuous stirring to form an emulsion.
- Allow the temperature to cool while stirring until it reaches 40°C.
Cool Down Phase
- Add the UV Filter, Fragrance, and Colorant to the cooled mixture.
- Mix well to ensure all additives are thoroughly blended.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount of cream evenly onto clean and dry leather shoes using a cloth or brush. Allow to dry for enhanced protective qualities.
