Manufacturing Process

Oil Phase

  1. Combine Beeswax, Silicone Oil, Paraffin Wax, Stearic Acid, Lanolin in a heat-resistant container.
  2. Heat to 75-80°C with constant stirring until thoroughly melted and mixed.

Aqueous Phase

  1. In a separate container, heat Water to 75°C.
  2. Dissolve Sodium Bicarbonate into the heated water.
  3. Add Preservative and mix until homogenous.

Emulsion Phase

  1. Slowly add the hot oil phase to the aqueous phase with continuous stirring to form an emulsion.
  2. Allow the temperature to cool while stirring until it reaches 40°C.

Cool Down Phase

  1. Add the UV Filter, Fragrance, and Colorant to the cooled mixture.
  2. Mix well to ensure all additives are thoroughly blended.

Usage Instructions

Apply a small amount of cream evenly onto clean and dry leather shoes using a cloth or brush. Allow to dry for enhanced protective qualities.
