Manufacturing Process
Epoxy Phase
Mix Bisphenol A Epoxy Resin and Reactive Diluent at 50°C for 30 minutes ensuring uniform blend.
Add Fumed Silica while maintaining the temperature. Use a high-shear mixer at 2000 RPM until fully dispersed.
Hardener Phase
Mix Amine Hardener with the Phenol-Formaldehyde Polymer at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Introduce Silane Coupling Agent slowly, mixing at 1000 RPM to achieve a homogenous mixture.
Final Processing
Combine both phases at a ratio of 2:1 (Epoxy: Hardener) under vacuum to remove entrapped air.
Conduct quality control by checking the viscosity (3000-4000 cP) and ensure uniformity.
Usage Instructions
Mix Part A (Epoxy) with Part B (Hardener) at a 2:1 ratio by weight. Apply on clean, dry surfaces with a spreader or brush. Allow to cure at 25°C for 24 hours for optimal results.
