Manufacturing Process
Heat Phase
Combine water, bentonite clay, and kaolin clay in a heat-resistant container.
Gently heat the mixture to 75°C while stirring until clays are fully dispersed.
Oil Phase
In a separate container, melt cetearyl alcohol and beeswax at 75°C until fully liquefied.
Add glyceryl stearate to the oil mixture and continue to heat until dissolved.
Emulsification Phase
Slowly add the heated oil phase to the heated water phase with continuous mixing.
Emulsify for 10 minutes until homogeneous.
Cool Down Phase
Remove the mixture from heat.
Cool to 45°C while stirring gently.
Add phenoxyethanol, fragrance, and citric acid.
Mix until all components are well incorporated.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount to palms, rub hands together to warm the product, then distribute evenly through damp or dry hair for desired style.
