Manufacturing Process
Water Phase
Heat water (Aqua) to 75°C in a stainless steel mixing tank.
Add Phenoxyethanol and mix until completely dissolved.
Oil Phase
In a separate vessel, combine Beeswax, Cetearyl Alcohol, and Castor Seed Oil.
Heat components to 75°C and maintain until all solids are melted.
Ensure complete homogenization using a high-shear mixer.
Combination Phase
Gradually add the water phase to the oil phase while maintaining 75°C, using a medium-shear mixer.
Continue mixing until a uniform emulsion forms.
Final Processing
Cool the mixture to 40°C, then thoroughly fold in Kaolin Clay using a planetary mixer.
Add Fragrance and mix until completely integrated.
Conduct quality check for consistency, viscosity, and pH.
Usage Instructions
Apply a dime-sized amount to dry or damp hair. Work between palms and apply evenly to achieve the desired style. Rework as needed without additional product.
