Manufacturing Process
Phase A
Combine Water, Glycerin, and Aloe Vera Leaf Juice in the main tank.
Heat to 70°C with mixing until homogeneous.
Phase B
In a separate container, blend Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate and Cocamidopropyl Betaine.
Add the blend to Phase A under stirring.
Phase C
Add Activated Charcoal and Xanthan Gum to the mixture, ensure they are well dispersed.
Continue mixing until a uniform consistency is achieved.
Phase D
Cool mixture to below 40°C.
Incorporate Phenoxyethanol, Fragrance, and Olea Europaea Leaf Extract.
Adjust pH to 5.0-5.5 using Citric Acid.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount to wet face, gently massage in circular motions. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Use twice daily for best results.
