Manufacturing Process
Phase A - Emulsification
Heat Water (Aqua) to 70°C.
Disperse Xanthan Gum in the heated water and mix until homogenous.
Add Glycerin while maintaining temperature.
Phase B - Oil Phase
Combine Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Cetearyl Alcohol, and Glyceryl Stearate.
Heat to 70°C until fully melted and uniform.
Phase C - Combination
Slowly add Phase B to Phase A while continuously stirring to form an emulsion.
Cool mixture to 40°C.
Phase D - Pigmentation and Finalization
Add Mica and Kaolin to the mixture, ensuring even distribution.
Blend the mixture thoroughly to achieve the desired color and pigmentation.
Incorporate Phenoxyethanol and Tocopherol.
Continue to stir until the mixture reaches room temperature.
Usage Instructions
Apply using an eyeshadow brush or fingertip to desired areas on eyelids. Blend for a smooth, natural finish.
