Manufacturing Process
Phase 1: Dry Mixing
Weigh all dry ingredients accurately.
Sift Talc, Kaolin, and Mica through a fine mesh screen to eliminate clumps.
Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and blend using a mechanical mixer until uniform.
Phase 2: Wet Integration
Slowly add Dimethicone to the dry mixture while continuing to blend.
Continue mixing until the Dimethicone is evenly distributed and the mixture is smooth.
Usage Instructions
