Manufacturing Process
Phase A
Combine Water, Glycerin, and Phenoxyethanol and mix until homogeneous.
Heat to 75°C while stirring.
Phase B
In a separate container, combine Cyclopentasiloxane, Cetearyl Alcohol, Stearic Acid, and heat to 75°C.
Mix until uniform and all solids are dissolved.
Phase C
Slowly add Phase B to Phase A under constant stirring.
Allow the mixture to cool to 50°C.
Phase D
Add Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxides, and Kaolin into the mixture.
Mix thoroughly until well blended and homogenous.
Adjust pH to 7 if needed.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount to the eyelids with fingertips or an applicator, blending as desired. Reapply for intensified color.
