Manufacturing Process
Phase A - Water Phase
Heat Water (Aqua) to 75°C.
Add Glycerin and mix until uniform.
Phase B - Oil Phase
Combine Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride and Cetyl Alcohol.
Heat Phase B ingredients to 75°C until melted.
Add Dimethicone and Mica to the oil phase.
Phase C - Pigment Phase
Blend Iron Oxides with a small amount of Dimethicone for better dispersion.
Phase D - Mixing
Slowly add Phase B (Oil Phase) to Phase A (Water Phase) while continuously stirring.
Homogenize the mixture for 5 minutes.
Add Phase C (Pigment Phase) and mix until even distribution of color is achieved.
Cool down the mixture to 40°C and add Xanthan Gum while mixing.
Once cooled below 40°C, add Phenoxyethanol and Ethylhexylglycerin, and Fragrance.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount with a brush or fingertip directly onto eyelids. Blend to desired intensity for a smooth, vibrant finish.
