Manufacturing Process
Water Phase
Heat Aqua to 70°C using a jacketed kettle.
Add Glycerin and mix until fully dissolved.
Maintain temperature at 70°C during mixing.
Oil Phase
In a separate vessel, heat Cetearyl Alcohol and Behentrimonium Chloride to 70°C.
Mix until a clear solution forms.
Final Processing
Combine Water and Oil Phases slowly under continuous stirring with an overhead mixer.
Cool the mixture to 40°C while stirring.
Add Tea Tree Oil, Menthol, Panthenol, and Lactic Acid and mix until homogeneous.
Conduct quality control tests for pH (6.5) and viscosity (8000-12000 cP).
Usage Instructions
