Manufacturing Process
Hydrophilic Phase
Heat water to 60°C and dissolve Polyethylene Glycol while stirring.
Maintain mixture temperature and check for complete dissolution.
Hydrophobic Phase
In a separate vessel, combine Polypropylene Glycol and Silicone Emulsion.
Mix using a high-shear mixer until uniform consistency is achieved.
Final Processing
Combine both phases under continuous agitation at 55°C.
