Manufacturing Process
Phase A - Melting
Heat Shea Butter, Beeswax, and Coconut Oil in a heat-safe container to 70°C until fully melted.
Stir the mixture to ensure full integration of materials without burning.
Phase B - Cooling and Mixing
Remove melted mixture from heat and allow to cool to 40°C.
Add Sweet Almond Oil, Vitamin E, Lavender Essential Oil, and Calendula Extract while continuously stirring for even distribution.
Phase C - Pouring and Setting
Pour the mixture into sterilized balm containers.
Allow to cool completely at room temperature until the balm is set and solidified.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount to your pet's paws as needed, especially after exposure to harsh conditions. Gently massage until absorbed. Use regularly for best results.
