Manufacturing Process

Phase A - Water Phase Preparation

  1. Add water to the main mixing vessel and start stirring at medium speed.
  2. Slowly add the acrylic polymer while maintaining agitation until fully dispersed.

Phase B - Additives Incorporation

  1. In a separate container, premix the silane/siloxane, nanoparticle enhancer, and UV stabilizer.
  2. Add Phase B mixture to the main vessel slowly, ensuring uniform dispersion.

Phase C - Finishing Phase

  1. Add the preservative and defoamer to the main vessel while stirring.
  2. Adjust the pH with citric acid to reach the desired pH level.
  3. Ensure all components are well mixed and the solution is homogenous.

Usage Instructions

Apply the sealant evenly on a clean and dry wood surface using a brush, roller, or sprayer. Allow it to dry for 1-2 hours before handling. Apply a second coat if necessary for additional protection.
