Manufacturing Process

Water Phase

  1. Combine Purified Water and Xanthan Gum in a sterilized mixing tank.
  2. Heat mixture to 70°C while stirring constantly.

Oil Phase

  1. In a separate container, mix Cetearyl Alcohol, Stearic Acid, Cetyl Alcohol, and Glyceryl Stearate.
  2. Heat to 70°C to melt the oils and emulsifiers.

Emulsification Phase

  1. Slowly add the Oil Phase to the Water Phase while stirring vigorously.
  2. Maintain temperature at 70°C and stir until a uniform emulsion forms.

Cooling and Active Ingredient Addition

  1. Allow emulsion to cool to 40°C, stirring continuously.
  2. Add Neem Oil, Eucalyptus Oil, Lavender Oil, Potassium Sorbate, and Phenoxyethanol into the cooled emulsion.
  3. Adjust pH to 7 using Sodium Bicarbonate.

Final Homogenization

  1. Homogenize the cream for 5 minutes to ensure uniform distribution of ingredients.
  2. Fill into containers and allow to cool completely before sealing.

Usage Instructions

Apply a small amount of cream evenly on your dog's coat, focusing on areas prone to flea and tick infestation. Reapply weekly or after bathing/swimming.
