Manufacturing Process Phase A (Aqueous Phase) Mix Water and Glycerin in a clean vessel. Gradually add Aloe Vera Leaf Juice while stirring continuously until uniform. Phase B (Surfactant Phase) Combine Cocamidopropyl Betaine and Decyl Glucoside in a separate container. Slowly incorporate this mixture into Phase A with gentle mixing to avoid excessive foaming. Phase C (Additives) Dissolve Xanthan Gum in a part of the water and integrate with the main mixture to adjust viscosity. Add Chamomile Extract and stir into the mixture. Incorporate Sodium Benzoate and Citric Acid ensuring complete solubilization. Phase D (Final Additions) Adjust the gel orientation with Fragrance and Colorant (if used). Allow the mixture to stabilize and check pH to ensure it remains around 7. Homogenize the batch to ensure consistent texture and appearance.
Usage Instructions Apply a small amount to wet hair, massage gently into a lather, then rinse thoroughly. Can also be used as a body wash.
