Manufacturing Process
Phase A - Oil Phase
Combine shea butter, coconut oil, beeswax, and sunflower oil in a heat-resistant container.
Heat gently until all solids have melted completely.
Add calendula oil to the mixture and stir well.
Phase B - Water Phase
In a separate container, combine water, glycerin, and aloe vera extract.
Heat gently to a similar temperature as Phase A.
Phase C - Emulsification
Slowly add Phase B to Phase A while stirring continuously.
Ensure a uniform mixture is achieved and remove heat.
Phase D - Final Additives
Cool the mixture to below 45°C.
Add zinc oxide and mix thoroughly to ensure an even distribution.
Phase E - Packaging
Once fully cooled, fill the cream into clean, sterile containers.
Usage Instructions
Apply a thin layer of cream to clean, dry diaper area at each diaper change. Ensure the cream is spread evenly to cover the skin fully.
