Manufacturing Process
Phase A
Combine Sunflower Seed Oil, Coconut Oil, and Shea Butter in a large melting pot.
Heat to 75°C until fully melted and combined.
Phase B
Add Candelilla Wax to the melted oils from Phase A.
Stir continuously until the wax has melted completely and mixture is uniform.
Phase C
Slowly incorporate Arrowroot Powder and Baking Soda into the melted mixture, ensuring even distribution.
Add Aloe Vera Extract, Tocopherol, and Lavender Essential Oil.
Stir gently and continuously until fully integrated and uniform.
Phase D
Allow the mixture to cool to 45°C while continuing to stir.
Pour the homogeneous mixture into environmentally conscious packaging molds.
Let the molds sit until the deodorant has fully solidified before capping.
Usage Instructions
Apply the deodorant stick directly to dry, clean underarms. For best results, use daily.
