Manufacturing Process
Phase A - Oil Phase
Heat Coconut Oil, Shea Butter, and Beeswax in a double boiler until fully melted.
Add Zinc Oxide to the melted mixture and stir until fully combined.
Phase B - Aqueous Phase
Combine Aloe Vera Gel, Calendula Extract, and Chamomile Extract in a separate container.
Warm slightly to match the temperature of Phase A.
Finishing Phase
Slowly add the Aqueous Phase to the Oil Phase while stirring continuously.
Add Vitamin E and Lavender Essential Oil while stirring until fully incorporated.
Pour into sterilized containers and allow to cool completely before sealing.
Usage Instructions
Apply a generous amount of the cream to the baby's clean, dry diaper area at each diaper change or as often as needed, especially before bedtime.
