Manufacturing Process
Aqueous Phase
Measure and heat water (Aqua) to 40°C in a mixing vessel.
Add Glycerin to the heated water and mix until uniform.
Surfactant Phase
In a separate container, combine Decyl Glucoside and Caprylyl/Capryl Glucoside.
Slowly add this mixture to the aqueous phase while stirring.
Active Phase
Add Aloe Vera Leaf Juice to the mixture and stir until homogenized.
Incorporate Citric Acid to adjust the pH to 7.
Final Phase
Add Eucalyptus Oil for fragrance and as an antimicrobial agent.
Incorporate the Preservative Eco under continuous stirring.
Cool down the solution to room temperature and stir to ensure uniformity.
Usage Instructions
Apply the leather cleaner onto the leather surface using a clean microfiber cloth. Gently rub to clean and moisturize the surface. No rinsing required.
