Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Measure and mix Coconut Oil, Shea Butter, Beeswax, Neem Oil, Citronella Oil, and Glyceryl Stearate SE.
Heat the mixture to 70-75°C while continuously stirring until fully melted and homogeneous.
Water Phase
Heat water to 70-75°C.
Slowly add the hot water to the oil phase while continuously stirring to form an emulsion.
Cooling Phase
Allow the mixture to cool while continuously stirring to stabilize the emulsion.
Once the temperature drops below 40°C, add Vitamin E Oil and mix thoroughly.
Check the pH and adjust if necessary to ensure it is exactly 7.
Packaging Phase
Transfer the cream into appropriate containers suitable for collar application.
Ensure containers are tightly sealed to avoid contamination.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount of cream evenly onto the pet collar. Ensure the cream is evenly distributed and covers the entire collar surface. Reapply every 2 weeks for optimal protection.
