Aqueous Phase
Heat purified water to 40°C.
Add glycerin and stir until homogenous.
Add aloe vera extract, continue stirring until fully dissolved.
Active Ingredients Phase
Cool aqueous phase to 35°C.
Add xylitol and stir until completely dissolved.
Incorporate tea tree oil and peppermint oil with gentle stirring.
Add chlorophyll, mix until evenly dispersed.
Final Adjustments
Adjust pH with citric acid if necessary to reach desired pH level (6.0-7.0).
Introduce preservatives: potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate.
Incorporate natural color and fragrance, blend thoroughly.
Allow mixture to rest for minimal air bubbles before bottling.
Usage Instructions
Use twice daily after brushing. Swish around 10-15 ml of mouthwash in your mouth for 30 seconds and spit out. Do not swallow.
