Manufacturing Process
Phase A
Weigh and combine Water and Glycerin in a heat-safe container.
Heat to 70°C with gentle stirring until the mixture is uniform.
Phase B
Combine Beeswax, Carnauba Wax, Coconut Oil, Stearic Acid, and Eucalyptus Oil in a separate heat-safe container.
Heat to 70°C until all solids are fully melted and stir to ensure homogeneity.
Phase C
Slowly add Phase A to Phase B with continuous stirring to form an emulsion.
Continue to stir the emulsion while cooling down to room temperature.
Phase D
Add Grapefruit Seed Extract, Potassium Sorbate, and adjust the pH to 7 using Sodium Hydroxide.
Mix until fully incorporated and the cream is smooth.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount of cream to the leather surface. Use a soft cloth to rub in a circular motion. Allow the cream to dry and buff lightly with a clean cloth for a non-greasy shine.
