Manufacturing Process
Heating Phase
Weigh all solid ingredients (Beeswax, Candelilla Wax, Shea Butter, Lanolin) into a heat-resistant container.
Heat the mixture to 65°C until fully melted.
Oil Phase
Add Sunflower Seed Oil to the molten mixture and mix thoroughly.
Maintain the temperature at 65°C for uniformity.
Emulsification Phase
Slowly add Glyceryl Stearate while stirring constantly to form an emulsion.
Gradually blend in Deionized Water while maintaining continuous stirring to ensure homogeneity.
Cool Down Phase
Allow the mixture to cool down to room temperature while stirring occasionally.
Check the pH and adjust, if necessary, to ensure it is at 7.
Finishing Phase
Pour the cream into designated containers before complete solidification.
Seal containers to prevent contamination and preserve consistency.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount of cream onto a clean cloth. Rub gently onto the leather surface until evenly distributed. Allow the product to sit for a few minutes before buffing with a dry cloth for a non-greasy finish.
