Manufacturing Process
Water Phase
- Combine Distilled Water, Glycerin, Aloe Vera Leaf Juice, and Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate in a clean mixing vessel.
- Mix thoroughly until all components are fully dissolved and homogenous.
Heating and Thickening Phase
- Heat the Water Phase to 60°C with gentle stirring.
- Sprinkle Xanthan Gum into the Water Phase while stirring to avoid clumping.
- Continue stirring until a uniform gel-like consistency is achieved.
Cooling and Final Phase
- Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature while stirring.
- Add Panthenol, Tocopherol, Niacinamide, Phenoxyethanol, and Ethylhexylglycerin one by one.
- Stir well after each addition until a uniform solution is obtained.
Usage Instructions
Apply a few drops to clean face and neck in the morning and night before moisturizer. Gently pat into the skin until fully absorbed.
