Manufacturing Process
Aqueous Phase
Heat Water (Aqua) to 75°C.
Add Glycerin to Water and mix until fully dissolved.
Oil Phase
In a separate container, melt Beeswax, Carnauba Wax, Jojoba Oil, Emulsifying Wax, and Stearic Acid at 75°C until fully liquefied.
Add Isopropyl Myristate to the melted oils and mix well.
Combining Phases
Slowly add the Aqueous Phase to the Oil Phase with continuous stirring until a homogenous mixture is achieved.
Continue mixing for an additional 5 minutes to ensure proper emulsification.
Additives
Allow the mixture to cool to below 40°C, then slowly incorporate Zinc Oxide.
Mix until Zinc Oxide is evenly dispersed.
Cooling & Packing
Cool the mixture to room temperature with gentle stirring.
Transfer the finished cream into suitable packaging.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount of cream to a clean, dry cloth and gently massage into the leather surface. Allow it to be absorbed before using the item.
