Manufacturing Process
Phase A
Heat the water to 45°C in a clean container.
Dissolve xanthan gum in the heated water while stirring continuously to ensure there are no lumps.
Phase B
In a separate container, combine coco glucoside, white vinegar, and sodium bicarbonate.
Mix gently to avoid excessive foaming.
Phase C
Slowly add Phase B to Phase A with continuous stirring.
Add olive oil and lemon essential oil to the mixture.
Continue stirring until a uniform consistency is achieved.
Cooling
Allow the formulation to cool to room temperature.
Check the pH level and adjust if necessary to ensure it is at 7.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount onto a clean cloth or directly onto the wood surface. Gently wipe down the surface for a streak-free finish. Buff with a dry cloth if necessary. Suitable for regular maintenance of wood surfaces.
