Manufacturing Process
Aqueous Phase
In a stainless steel mixing tank, heat Water (Aqua) to 70°C.
Slowly add Cocamidopropyl Betaine and Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate under gentle stirring until homogeneous.
Add Glycerin while maintaining uniform mixing.
Oil Phase
Separately, combine Neem Oil and Aloe Vera Extract in a secondary vessel.
Ensure thorough mixing at room temperature until a uniform solution is achieved.
Final Processing
Integrate the Oil Phase into the Aqueous Phase under continuous mixing.
Slowly cool the mixture to 40°C and add Fragrance and Citric Acid.
Perform pH check to ensure it is within 6.0 - 7.0 range.
Usage Instructions
Wet the dog's coat thoroughly. Apply shampoo generously to coat and massage into a lather. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse thoroughly and repeat if necessary.
