Manufacturing Process

Phase A - Oil Phase

  1. Combine Sweet Almond Oil, Coconut Oil, Jojoba Oil, Candelilla Wax, Cetyl Alcohol, and Vitamin E in a heat-safe container.
  2. Heat the mixture to 70°C until all solids are melted and mix thoroughly.

Phase B - Water Phase

  1. In a separate container, mix Water and Glycerin. Sprinkle Xanthan Gum into the blend while stirring to avoid lumps.
  2. Heat the Water phase to 70°C while stirring gently until the gum is completely dispersed.

Phase C - Emulsification

  1. Pour Phase B into Phase A slowly while homogenizing with a high-shear mixer.
  2. Continue mixing until a uniform and creamy emulsion forms.

Phase D - Cooling and Finalization

  1. Allow the mixture to cool to 40°C while stirring gently.
  2. Adjust the pH level by adding Sodium Hydroxide solution to achieve a pH of 7.
  3. Once cooled, add Preservative Eco and mix to ensure an even dispersion.

Usage Instructions

Apply a small amount directly to the lips for a natural, moisturizing tint. Reapply as necessary to maintain hydration and color.
