Manufacturing Process

Phase A

  1. Weigh and combine Organic Sunflower Seed Oil, Organic Beeswax, and Organic Cocoa Butter.
  2. Heat to 70°C while stirring until all solids are melted.

Phase B

  1. Cool the mixture to 50°C.
  2. Add Organic Calendula Extract and mix thoroughly.

Phase C

  1. Add Organic Jojoba Oil, Organic Vitamin E, and Organic Lavender Essential Oil to the mixture.
  2. Mix until homogeneous.

Phase D

  1. Cool to 40°C and pour the product into lip balm containers.
  2. Allow to cool and solidify completely before capping.

Usage Instructions

Apply a small amount directly to the lips as needed. Suitable for frequent use throughout the day.
