Manufacturing Process

Phase 1: Dissolution

  1. Heat the water to 70°C.
  2. Slowly add Sodium Alginate and stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Add Agar Agar while maintaining temperature and stir until homogeneous.

Phase 2: Blending

  1. Add Glycerin to the mixture and continue stirring.
  2. Incorporate Seaweed Extract gradually, ensuring even distribution.

Phase 3: Cross-Linking and Casting

  1. Add Calcium Chloride and mix thoroughly.
  2. Pour the blend onto a casting surface to form a thin layer.
  3. Allow the film to set under ambient conditions or dry over a warm airflow.

Usage Instructions

Use the film to wrap fresh produce directly. Suitable for products where moisture barrier is not critical.
