Manufacturing Process
Aqueous Phase
Combine Aloe Vera Juice, Glycerin, and Distilled Water in a beaker.
Heat the mixture to 70°C while stirring.
Oil Phase
In a separate beaker, combine Sunflower Oil, Coconut Oil, Emulsifying Wax, and Shea Butter.
Heat until all solids melt and the mixture is uniform.
Emulsification
Slowly add the Oil Phase into the Aqueous Phase while blending with a high-shear mixer.
Continue mixing until a stable emulsion forms and the temperature drops to 40°C.
Cooling and Final Additions
Add Calendula Extract, Vitamin E, Xanthan Gum, and Preservative to the cooled emulsion.
Mix gently until fully incorporated.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount of lotion to clean, dry skin. Gently massage until fully absorbed. Use daily or as needed for best results.
