Manufacturing Process

Phase A

  1. Combine water and aloe vera gel in the main vessel.
  2. Heat to 75°C with gentle stirring.

Phase B

  1. In a separate vessel, melt shea butter, coconut oil, and beeswax together.
  2. Add zinc oxide to the melted mixture ensuring it is well dispersed.
  3. Mix thoroughly at 75°C.

Phase C

  1. Slowly add Phase B to Phase A while maintaining temperature and mixing.
  2. Continue mixing and homogenizing until uniform.

Cool Down

  1. Once a homogenous mixture is achieved, begin cooling to 40°C.
  2. Add calendula extract, vitamin E, and lavender oil.
  3. Mix until everything is well incorporated and smooth.

Final Phase

  1. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
  2. Fill into prepared containers and seal immediately.

Usage Instructions

Apply a thin layer of cream to the clean, dry diaper area each time the diaper is changed. Use as needed to provide soothing relief and protection.
