Manufacturing Process
Oil Phase
Combine Sunflower Seed Oil, Cetearyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Stearate, and Coco-Caprylate/Caprate in a heated vessel.
Heat to 70°C while stirring until all components are melted and homogenous.
Water Phase
In a separate vessel, mix Aloe Vera Leaf Juice, Glycerin, and Distilled Water.
Heat to 70°C and maintain this temperature.
Emulsification Phase
Slowly add the Oil Phase to the Water Phase while continuously stirring.
Maintain stirring at 70°C for 15 minutes to ensure stable emulsification.
Cooling Phase
Begin cooling under continuous stirring.
At 40°C, add Phenoxyethanol and Ethylhexylglycerin, Calendula Flower Extract, and Chamomile Flower Extract.
Continue stirring until the mixture reaches room temperature.
Usage Instructions
Apply a generous amount onto clean, dry skin and massage until absorbed. Use daily for optimal hydration and soothing effect.
