Manufacturing Process
Water Phase
Combine Aqua, Glycerin, and Xanthan Gum in a clean mixing vessel.
Heat to 75°C with moderate stirring until completely dissolved.
Oil Phase
In a separate container, combine Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis Oil, Butyrospermum Parkii Butter, Cetearyl Alcohol, and Cetearyl Glucoside.
Heat the mixture to 75°C until the solids are completely melted.
Emulsification
Slowly add the Oil Phase into the Water Phase while both are maintained at 75°C, using high-speed mixing to emulsify.
Continue to mix for 5-10 minutes until homogeneous.
Cooling and Additives
Allow the emulsion to cool to 40°C with gentle stirring.
