Manufacturing Process
Phase A
Combine Water and Glycerin in the main vessel.
Begin heating to 75°C while stirring continuously until uniform.
Phase B
In a separate container, combine Cetearyl Alcohol, Cetearyl Glucoside, Cocoa Butter, and Bentonite Clay.
Heat to 75°C until all solids are melted and uniformly mixed.
Phase C
Add Phase B to Phase A slowly while maintaining temperature and continue stirring.
Mix until homogeneous.
Phase D
Once below 60°C, add Non-Nano Zinc Oxide while stirring.
Incorporate the Ethylhexylglycerin and Essential Oil Blend.
Adjust pH to 7 using a pH-adjusting agent if necessary.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount to clean, dry hair with fingertips for desired coverage. Can be layered for increased coverage.
