Manufacturing Process
Preparation Phase
Dissolve Chitosan in water at 25°C, stirring continuously for 1 hour to ensure complete dissolution.
Add Guar Gum steadily while stirring at 200 rpm, maintaining the temperature at 30°C for 30 minutes.
Introduce Tannic Acid slowly and maintain stirring at 150 rpm, ensuring homogenous distribution.
Final Processing
Adjust the pH of the solution with Citric Acid to a range of 5.5 to 6.0.
Mix thoroughly for 15 minutes, checking turbidity reduction efficiency via Jar Test.
Pass through a 500-micron filter to ensure a clear solution, and store in suitable containers.
Usage Instructions
Use 0.5-1.5 mg/L of the Organic Coagulant Formula in turbid water. Conduct a Jar Test to determine the optimal dosage for specific water conditions.
