Manufacturing Process
Water Phase
Combine Aloe Vera Juice, Water, and Cucumber Extract in a clean container.
Heat gently to 70°C while stirring continuously.
Oil Phase
In a separate container, mix Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride and Tocopherol.
Add Natural Fragrance and mix thoroughly.
Combination Phase
Slowly add the Oil Phase into the Water Phase while maintaining the temperature at 70°C.
Stir continuously for an even emulsion.
Cool Down Phase
Allow the mixture to cool to 40°C.
Add Glycerin, Xanthan Gum, and Chamomile Extract.
Mix Potassium Sorbate and adjust the pH to 7 by adding Sodium Hydroxide.
Continue stirring until the formulation is uniform and well-mixed.
Usage Instructions
Spray evenly onto face after makeup application for a hydrated, natural finish. Allow to dry completely.
