Manufacturing Process
Phase A - Water Phase
Combine Water and Glycerin in a clean mixing vessel.
Sprinkle Xanthan Gum into the water while stirring continuously to disperse.
Add Citric Acid to adjust pH to 7.
Phase B - Oil Phase
In a separate vessel, mix Sweet Almond Oil, Cetearyl Alcohol, and Cetearyl Glucoside.
Heat the oil phase to 70°C to ensure complete dissolution.
Phase C - Emulsification
Slowly add the oil phase to the water phase while stirring continuously.
Continue stirring until a uniform emulsion forms and begins to cool.
Phase D - Cool Down Phase
At around 40°C, add Colloidal Oatmeal, Calendula Extract, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, and Vitamin E.
Mix until a homogenous cream is formed.
Transfer to sterilized containers.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount of lotion gently onto baby's skin as needed. Avoid contact with eyes. Use under adult supervision.
