Manufacturing Process
Phase A - Pre-Mixing
Prepare the mixing vessel and ensure it is clean and dry.
Add Water and start agitating at a moderate speed.
Slowly add the Acrylic Polymer Emulsion while continuing to mix.
Phase B - Additives Incorporation
Continue mixing and add the UV-Reactive Dye and Optically Variable Pigment slowly.
Follow with the addition of the Fade Resistance Agent and Solvent-Resistant Additive.
Phase C - Final Adjustments
Add the Tamper-Evident Agent and stir until homogeneous.
Check the pH and adjust to 7.0 using the pH Adjuster and continue mixing for 10 minutes.
Usage Instructions
Use this ink as you would any other security printing ink, applying to surfaces requiring authentication features. Ensure proper curing under UV light for optimum effect.
