Manufacturing Process
Aqueous Phase
Combine Distilled Water and Glycerin in a clean mixing vessel.
Heat the mixture to 70°C while stirring.
Oil Phase
In a separate vessel, combine Sunflower Seed Oil, Beeswax, Shea Butter, Almond Oil, and Stearic Acid.
Heat the mixture to 70°C until all solids are melted and uniform.
Emulsification Phase
Slowly add the Oil Phase to the Aqueous Phase with continuous stirring at 70°C.
Mix thoroughly to form an emulsion.
Cooling Phase
Gradually cool the emulsion to 40°C while stirring.
Once cooled, add Tocopherol and Allantoin.
Continue to mix until homogenous.
Usage Instructions
Apply a small amount to the paws, ensuring complete coverage. Use as needed, especially during extreme weather conditions.
