Manufacturing Process

Phase A

  1. Weigh and heat Purified Water to 70°C.
  2. Add Glycerin to water and mix until uniform.

Phase B

  1. Combine Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Sunflower Seed Oil, Cetearyl Alcohol, and Emulsifying Wax.
  2. Heat Phase B to 70°C until all solids are melted.

Emulsification

  1. Slowly add Phase B into Phase A with continuous stirring.
  2. Mix thoroughly using a high shear mixer for about 10 minutes.

Cooling Phase

  1. Begin cooling the mixture to 40°C.
  2. Add Lavender Essential Oil, Chamomile Extract, and Preservative.
  3. Adjust the pH to 7 using Citric Acid if necessary.
  4. Continue stirring until the temperature drops to room temperature.

Usage Instructions

Apply a small amount to the pet's fur or skin and gently massage in. Avoid the eyes and mucous membranes.
